She enjoys connecting the dots between Attentive’s product strategy, customer requirements, and market trends to develop the most effective go-to-market strategies. Deja currently lives in Cincinnati and, in her free time, enjoys a good cup of coffee, gaming with friends, and traveling.

Pixie McLaughlin is Hammitt’s Director of eCommerce. During her decade of experience in the D2C space, Pixie has established herself as an expert in luxury branding and elite customer experiences, both digitally and in person. While at Hammitt, Pixie has designed an immensely successful SMS program, which has become a pivotal touch-point for the brand’s most valued loyalists. Pixie is also a key player within the brand’s creative division, executing 360° marketing campaigns across all direct channels. When she’s not at her laptop, Pixie is an avid photographer, an expert thrift shopper, and a proud dog mom of one rescue pup, Mowgli.
