COVID Safety
As we take your health and safety very seriously, we will be following a limited capacity protocol for this event. Additionally, all event guests will be required to be vaccinated (completed two weeks prior to the event) or have a negative COVID test. Please choose your option as part of registration. If you choose a COVID test, one will be mailed to you prior to the event to self-administer with instant results. Please see below for more regarding Attentive’s COVID-19 procedures.

Attentive’s COVID-19 Procedures
Attentive takes the health and safety of its employees, clients, and guests (together, “Attendees”) seriously. We are closely tracking guidance from federal, state, and local health officials to responsibly and thoughtfully implement requirements designed to ensure that Attendees feel comfortable attending our events, retreats, and conferences (“Events”).
To help achieve this goal, Attentive requires all Attendees to confirm (1) that they are not experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19; and (2) either that they (a) are fully vaccinated (i.e., two weeks have passed since receiving a final dose) or (b) have tested negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours of the Event.
Vaccination
According to the CDC, you are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks after you have received a second dose in a two-dose vaccine series or two weeks after you have received a single-dose vaccine.
Negative COVID-19 Test
If you choose to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test, a COVID test will be supplied to you to be self-administered within 72 hours of the commencement of the Event. You must have a negative result on this test in order to attend.
As part of your registration, we ask you to indicate your preference.
- I am or will be fully vaccinated (last vaccine shot 2 weeks prior to the Event)
- I will take a COVID test provided to me onsite and if positive for COVID, I will not attend
In addition to the above, Attendees must comply with federal, state, and local law, as well as the policies of the venue at the time of the event.
